TIME TO THINK/RETURN

You may want to return a book. Perhaps because the product doesn’t like it, or maybe there is another reason why you wouldn’t want to have the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have 7 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the web shop are for your own account. These costs are between € 9,00 and € 21,00 per shipment, please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be unread with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, returned to us in the original state and packaging. To use this right you can contact us at verbinding@wendylorist.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

IMPORTANT! If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can calculate this depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packed when it is returned.
